    I have info about lapierre Ei system , it works fine for 5 months, then stop working, went to the shop an the system si full of mud, and collapsed , I can"t explain how mud could got there, anyways that should never happens . Will apply the warranty to see what happens.

    I never heard of Lapierre before, but I looked it up. The ei seems to be an active suspension. I prefer a well designed passive suspension, like DW Link or Giant Maestro. Active suspension is prone to problems.

    You mentioned that you're not sure how the mud go in there? Are you being told that the mud is to blame for the failure?
