    Double water bottle mount?

    Any good ones that mount to the seat postand the bottles don't fall out of? Thanks

    any metal one will work...just bend it down until there's a snug fit

    I don't know about a double mount, but you can just zip tie a regular cage to your seat post.

    In adventure races a lot of us run bottles on the seatpost. I wish I had a pic for you right now.

    Basically:

    1. Take two bottle cages with the bottles in them. Try to position then below the seat as far as possible while still keeping them out of the way of your legs.

    2. Mark the position of the mounting flanges.

    3. Drill mounting holes into your seat post.

    4. Buy some deep-thread, self-tapping screws and some Loctite.

    5. Attach the cages to your seat post with the screws. Put Loctite on the threads prior to attaching the cages and you are DONE.

    Otherwise Profile makes those old Airstryke triathalon holders, but they are flimsy.

    Little holes aren't going to hurt anything. On my bike I think the seatpost is the only thing I haven't had to replace during a race.
