Dirt Rag mag issue 168 on shelves yet

Did the new dirt rag hit the shelves yet? I think it is issue 168. Does it have the review of the Trek stache 8 in it?

So I'm gonna take this thread right off track but how is dirt rag? Been tempted to buy for awhile but haven't. I like Bike and decline so how does it compare to them?

Its been a good publication. Not near as much fluff as MBA. More focus on the riding experience than pleasing the product manufactures.

I guess that was the issue that came in the mail 4 or 5 days ago. Not sure. It's already stored in the stack downstairs. Meh, I have trouble getting into dirtrag. Although this issue did have the lit winner article and it was entertaining. DR hasnt been the same in years---used to be very good when the old man was married and both ran ops.

I used to be so into magazines in the mid 90's. I remember dreaming over which Planet-x bike I was going to buy. I was in middle school then and loved mtbing but rarely got to ride beyond the 2 miles of trails that were within 5 miles of my house.

Threads like these remind me that the mags still exist. I get a subscription to a conventional wood pulp newspaper and a couple of news magazines, but I haven't looked at a mtb mag for more than 20 seconds in 15 years. How do they keep up with all the blogs that don't have to wait for monthly publishing dates? I guess the big brands probably have a good relationship with mags, as the mags can consistently give relatively favorable reviews.
