    Cannondale Super V-1000

I have an 95 super v that i was thinking of bulding back up. I have been out of the bike scene for years and was wondering if its worth building this bike back up with new parts? (ex. front/rear shock, components, just about everything) If so what stuff should i get? Or i'm i better off getting a new full suspension bike? And if thats the case whats out there thats not thousands of dollars thats good for XC/Downhill with some jumping/dropoffs? I currenly have a hardtail Stumpjumper but really miss the full suspension ride. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
