    Bikend travel cases

    Hi there,

The airline I work for wonít accept Evoc style travel cases. However, they will accept the bikend travel case.

Problem is, I have a trip coming up and I canít seem to find anyone ( even using their store finder) who carries their product.

    I canít order directly either..

Anyone have any experience with this company?

It shouldnít be this hard to give someone your business...and they are about to lose mine!

Screw airlines that charge inordinate amounts for bikes when golf clubs and skis go free. This seems to be more of the same. Alaska considers it "normal luggage" and we worked for a while to get that policy in place.

    Oh I know..

The airline only accepts hard cases.. which this is sorta not. But it appears to be more sturdy than the EVOC ones. I donít exactly want a massive plastic bike coffin in my apartment... nor can I fit it.

Better yet, on routes served with CRJís etc sometimes the hard cases wonít fit in the hold and the bike gets trying to go with this..

I could always fly reciprocal with another airline... but then I limit my bike-able destinations. Hmmm
