    Wright-Style Dropouts on Ti Frame

Any concern with these? They appear to have a very thin spot where breakage could occur - see pict. This is a custom ti frame and it broke.....jra...no really. Wondering if this is just a freak thing.

If it's custom you really should be discussing this with the builder.

They are warranting it no questions. I didn't pick the drop out. I am wondering if anyone has experience with these in Ti and if this is a freak thing or "not unexpected" given the frame material.

What did it look like before it broke? I can't really tell what it used to be, and hence can't say much about the dropout.

It looks like the insert is broken?

    ChiTi?

Bolt is way too close to the edge of the hood. Just a bad design. Second, why does the NDS have an insert at all? For conversion to QR or something? Seems silly.

Anyway, have them use some dropout from a reputable place like Paragon next time.
