    Titanium welder wanted

Changing direction, the frame is now For Sale‼️

Hi, To whom it may concern.
I have a Titanium Salsa frame that's designed to use full length cable housing and I don't care for this setup whatsoever! I would like to have a few cable stops welded on.
The frame has been chemically strip of the powder coating & clear coating in preparation. I'm in Arizona the greater Phoenix area. If you or you know someone who could help please contact me ASAP.

    Thanks in advance,
    AZ

Mr. Chris C. / former employee of Titus and I don't see eye to eye‼️ We will just leave it at that.

I'm hoping to find someone who has welded on Ti. bike frames for a living.

I don't think *I* would call what's on the frame now "Cable Stops".
Plus have you tried to service / lube a shifting cable that's over 5' long. With these new systems that have 11 & 12 gears on a rear cassette the cable needs to move freely.

But thanks so much for your information.

What you have on the frame now, are not cable stops.

I don't think he was suggesting that you had cable stops and I don't see any comment regarding the value of full length cables. I think he was asking if you had the cable stops to install. I'm guessing you're either taller or shorter than "Mr. Chris C." .

    Hmm...
I did find a welder for Ti. in the Phoenix area that welded for Titus and Form. He just went through the big "D" and closed up shop. I have his number, and he told me to stay in touch with him because he just bought a new house and first thing he was going to setup was the welder. 😎
Out of respect to him, I will not post his info on the internet, but if you might need his service I could give it through a direct message.
I haven't seen Mr. C in years and don't really want to‼️ His salesman is a great guy that I have known for years! We actually raced together.

    Cheers,
    AZ

I'm sure your welder knows about Paragon but just in case he doesn't, you can get the stops from Paragon Machine Works. They are very easy to order from and will be glad to answer questions over the phone if you have any.

    Thanks,
Yes he turned me on to Paragon and I spent some time last night looking at their website. I think I found what I like but I'm going to check with the welder before I order anything, as he may have a preference.

I just hope he can get setup in a reasonable amount of time!

Sorry the frame is not being built until I can build it correctly!
I still have my M Lynskey SL pro frame / bike. I will be posting the frame & Ti. post for sale as soon as I get the Salsa up and running.

    Thanks,
