    Shock shaft extender

Hi. Sorry if this Is the wrong place to post this but I'm looking for someone to make me an extender so I can fit a fox shock on my Foes FXR which has a properiaty curnutt shock that is longer than a standard one.
    Thanks

It's not really the right place, but not exactly the wrong one. I'd be surprised if anyone here could help. I'd try the Foes forum or *maybe* the suspension forum. Or hell, try calling Foes. Depending on your budget, this can definitely happen. The question is whether you're not better off just getting a new frame if it costs too much.

    Alas I've tried foes-no go!
I've posted on the foes forum but not the suspension one. All I need is a shaft with an eyelet at one end and a way for the other end to clamp onto a shock eyelet. I could probably make one if I had access to the right tooling etc
    Thanks

Draw it up in CAD and submit it to one of the online cnc shops to have them make it for you.

Foes put me in contact with the hub builders at project 321, they at one time were building an adaptor and still had a few unfinished billets that required only the machining of the shock opening, try contacting 321 and I'll look around for the drawing they sent me to finish the part.

The project 321 contact is Jake Liles. 6 months ago +- he had a few unfinished adaptors that bolted to the frame. I received one of them which was accompanied by a rough drawing of the last machining step to make it functional. I was unable to locate the drawing but Jake was very helpful and may still have the nearly finished part available, if not the drawing would give whoever builds the part a head start.
I arranged the above transaction to help a freeing who I sold an FXR to, he reported tha it worked and he still rides the bike.
