    reusing lugs...

given that it's ok to replace a damaged tube in a lugged frame, I guess it's probably ok to unbuild a frame and reuse the lugs assuming they are cleaned up sufficiently?
I have a couple of project ideas but am a bit short of cash (also feel guilty just filling the garage with more 'projects').
The old project has a set of s/s Crescendo XL lugs and a set of Paragon s/s rockers and has been powdercoated. The next one will be a 650b lugged mtb tourer.
    thanks

There's not reason why you couldn't do it but it's such a waste of time. Just start fresh, save cash where you can.
