    First Frame Build - Pics

    Hey all,

I've been lurking on this part of the forum for a while, but have never posted. This past weekend I got around to finishing my first frame, a steel 29er hardtail, so I thought I'd share a picture of the result as well as drop in to give all-around thanks. This forum is a gold mine and I would never have been able to build this frame without all the info on here!

    A few specs:
    HTA: 64
    STA: 78
    CS Length: 435mm
    Reach: 450mm
    BBH: 336mm
    140mm fork
Clearance for a 2.4 tire in the back

    Cheers,

    Jonas

Congratulations. That's a nice looking frame. I like the flow of the TT into the seat stays. Good work.

Thanks! I certainly didn't expect it to turn out this well (Actually, I didn't expect it to be rideable)

The reach (450mm) would actually put it more in the range of a typical Medium sized frame if I'm not mistaken
