Dimensions/standard for top-tube bosses for "fuel tanks"

Is there a "standard" for the spacing of bosses for top-tube mounted bags, such as those bosses found on Salsa's adventure bikes? I realize the spacing between the bosses is 2.5"; I'm trying to find the distance of the front boss from the edge of the head-tube.

I haven't found a schematic that shows this distance (yet...still searching), and the only ball-park dimension I've come up with is from Oveja Negra's drawing of their bolt-on top-tube pack, which appears to fit snug against the back of the stem: https://www.ovejanegrabikepacking.co...k-pack-bolt-on

    Thanks in advance!

Ughh...nevermind. Perhaps if I could read.
Oveja Negra's page (linked above), states that it will fit a "...frame that has x2 braze-ons/bolt mounts located at 3 3/8" from outside of headset spacers 2 1/2" apart. So, I will use that dimension, and maybe this post will serve useful for some like-minded idiot who is also looking for this info.

It's a difficult standard to find and it seems there are at least two of them. 3 3/8" is one and the other is further away. I ended up going with 90mm from the head tube.
