    Crimping titanium seattube?

I have an unknown brand titanium frame. Fits a 29 x 2.1 max. Plenty of room at both stays for more rubber, but tire clearance at the seattube is non existent.

Has anyone successfully crimped a titanium seattube for more tire clearance?

Best advice, accept your frame as it is.
2.1 is what it fits. End of story.
If you needed some larger rubber, look for a frame that will.
Titanium is not workable in the manner that you are considering.

If I don't make an attempt, how will I know if it will work?
