Not fixable. You need a new frame.

IF that is the original shock and rear end/rockers, that's a serious design problem. Rear end hitting the seat tube on hard hits is bad, bad, bad.

Yeah its all stock I did not change anything its under warranty so I hope I get a new one. I was just wondering if it was possible to get someone to repair the crack if I don't need to send it back. Why is it not possible to repair it?

    Because it's (badly) bent.

If you try to bend it back to the original shape you'll weaken the frame more than it is now, probably cracking it, so this doesn't seem as a good idea.

You could rebuild the bent area welding new tubes, but you'll end up with a messy and unsafe result.

Note that other areas of the frame may be affected (shock mount, rocker arm....).

    It's simply not reapairable
