Just ordered a La Sal Peak

I'm finally catching up to the new technology. I've been on a Canfield The One with a Fox 40 for a few years. Great bike for sure but riding my friend's Ripmo was an enlightening experience. Climbed so much easier and descended well too. I got the 29" thing right away, and the new geometry felt great. I was already used to a slack head angle (64) but the steep seat tube angle put me right over the pedals climbing.

So I just started in on the research and finally decided on the LA Sal Peak. I ordered the Elite with the Fox suspension upgrade, 200mm front rotor, frame protection kit, in XL Olive Green. I ordered it sans seat post as my current post, a 9 Point 8 Fall Line 200mm dropper is compatible. Six week estimated delivery time. I'm really looking forward to getting this bike!
