Wondering if a Salsa Mukluk 2 Frame and Fork will Fit 27.5x3.8's

I know its probably a long shot but there are a lot of guys here who have tried a lot of bikes and a lot of different combos so here goes...

I'm curious if anyone can confirm firsthand if a Salsa Mukluk 2 frame and fork, the older alloy version with 135F/170R dropout spacing, is capable of accepting 27.5"x3.8" wheels and tires?

    Thanks.

Try this - take your current wheel off and put the axel or skewer back in the drop out, then measure the distance fro the center of the axel to the bridge at your seatstay and also at the chain stay, subtract another cm from which ever is the shortest length and than double it. You now know the max circumference your bike will fit at the back end. NOW some sites that review fat bike tires will mount new tires on rims, air them up, and measure both the circumference and width. I know that Fat-Bike.com does that with all the tires they review.

    Hope that helps! Cheers!

Sorry I should have been clearer. I already have the wheels and tires on another bike so I know all the required dimensions associated with those.

It is the frame I don't have access to to measure.

I have a 2014 Mukluk with 27.5 x 4.5 tires. With the 4.5 I have to move the swingers all the way back. I originally had 27.5 x 3.8. They fit with the swingers forward.
