    Trek Farley Fender Recomendations

Picked up my first Fat Bike last weekend, a used 2016 Trek Farley.

Also took my first ride on the bike in sloppy conditions this week.

Prior to my first sloppy fat bike ride I never understood why I would see fenders on these beasts. Now I get it.

I see many, many fender options for the Farley and Fat Bikes in general. Before making a purchase I thought I'd get input from the forum on what choices you have made for your fat bikes.

Obvious considerations are weight, mounting, and of course price.

Any ideas from real riders on what are the best options?

    Thanks in advance.

I've got a Dave's rear fender, front down tube fender and a Mucky Nutz fork fender. I only use the Mucky Nutz if it's going to be really wet. It stops the water from flying forward off the tire and back into my face. (cause I'm fast like that)

They go on and off easy and are lightweight and have been durable for me.

I use the SKS fenders. Shockboard in front (removable) and the X-tra dri in back.
