    Tire Pressures

I'm gearing up for a 3 day, 185 mile ride along the C&O Canal at the end of this month on my fatbike. I plan on switching out my expensive Surly tires to the craptastic tires that came on the bike for the ordeal. I'll be carrying ~30 lbs of gear on a rear rack, along with my Camelbak and my 185 lb body weight.
On the local trail that I shred on a weekly basis, I run about 6.75/7.25 psi, F/R, but that's on a naked bike with the idea of the tires flexing and being suspension. The C&O, from my understanding, is mostly hard packed gravel and pretty solid. I'm thinking of running ~11 psi in each tire, but thought I'd ask advice from anyone who might have experience like this. Thanks in advance!
