    Rocky Mountain Blizzard 30

I am looking to get my first Fat Bike. I have been looking at the 2020 Rocky Mountain Blizzard 30. I plan on riding it year round.

Does anyone have experience with that model? Are there any cons I should know about?

I might have a lead to get this bike at a considerable discount.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Jeremy

I can't speak for the 2020 model, but I have the 2016 -30 model that I ride year round with a spare wheelset.
It is my favorite bike, I have put a ton of mileage on it, and I absolutely love it. Mine is still rigid.
Would I buy it again - yes yes yes, all day long.

I have a 2018 30, love it, but it is my first and only Fatbike. The rear DT 350 hub is a huge advantage to these bikes.

    Thanks guys!

What is the advantage of the DT 350 hub?

Star ratchet system instead of pawls...bullet proof.

I am hard on hubs in general (I'm full figured), but fat bikes seem to be even harder on hubs. I believe Rocky had a lot of hub issues previously and decided to fix it right.

The rear dt hubs on the 2017 was the main reason I switched from a 2015.
