Rear triangle to crank arm clearance

So I just received my gravity deadeye single speed Fat bike. ( I know budget bike). And got everything greased properly and torqued. I noticed that the crank on my drive side is 5mm away from the triangle and 11mm on the non drive side. I did a few measurements and it seems centered with the down tube and the bb, it seems like the rear triangle is offset. Doing some research I know it has an offset to compensate for the tires. But can that be the reason for the crank arm clearance? The rear triangle donít look bent or awkward in any way. And the tire is perfectly centered in the triangle.

Looking at it more it looks like the crank side is slightly wider to compensate for the spacer that brings out the rear sprocket. Which could cause that offset too.
