Q-Factor for (Motobecane Boris) LASCO Aluminum 22T/36T Crankset

Hi, Ive got some knee problems and Im trying to determine the Q-factor (horizontal pedal spacing) on the LASCO Aluminum Crankset, the short spindle version for 170mm rear end fatbikes. Its used on the Motobecane Boris X9, Boris X7 and Boris X5. If anyone has this info or could measure it on their existing bike that would be greatly appreciated!

I just measured mine at about 210mm. I'm battling IT band soreness in my left leg when I ride my road bike (150mm q), but no such soreness when riding Boris, so I'm considering pedal extenders on the road bike.
