    On One Fatty Wheel Conversion

Hi does anyone know if a 15 mm axle conversion is do-able on the On-One fatty standard front wheel.

I thought I read somewhere that ******* end caps could be used but I can't for the life of me find the thread now.

Seems like the standard bearings could take a through axle.

    Any ideas guys ?

    TIA

no, the hubs on the Fatty cannot be converted. You will need to rebuild your wheels, either using a convertible hub, like Salsa or Hope and get the Hauck Engineering conversion kit with brake adapter/spacer, or just use a 150mm hub.
The most freeride like fat bike I could make with available parts...

OK, thanks. I thought I had read somewhere of an unofficial hack using the end caps off another hub set.
