New Fatbike Build (LBS or experienced FatBike shop)

Have a good idea what I want but was thinking it may be better to have a shop do the build that has done many
    fatbikes.

Mainly about issues with chainline and wheelbuild.

    What think?

Any good shop will have a good wheel builder that can build fat bike wheels- other than Pugs/Moonie offsets, everything else is straight forward.
