    I had heard the12th
Then I had a shop check and they said 9th
    Today I heard 12th-14th...
But...I saw a bunch of (the other) local shops get them from Q today on FB...
What is your definition of pushed back...?

    I sure hope not!

I originally was told December 7th when I ordered mine but have not heard anything from my LBS.

Last weekend they said they had no word about a ship date.

This isn't a "you're doing it wrong" topic.

Sure, that's what they say, but dealers can see "that they have not been available" to order, item watches have not been sent and won't be until Wed the 14th......except that the "preferred shops" in Mn. seem to have them already.... Great big WTF....
    if you ask me.....

I just built 2 Moonlanders and I have 3 more to go. And yes, I'm one of those "preferred shops" as you like to call them that got a shipment. We already have 1 of the bikes sold that I built and I'm sure the rest will be gone within a week.

Best paint job Surly has come out with to date on any bike in my mind.

is your shop a stocking dealer or just selectively ordering from the standard qbp catalog? stocking dealers usually get things earlier than what "item watch" suggests.

I guess not. 10-12 units a year is not stocking enough.....

We'll have to wait our turn...

Yeah--as my other post indicated, they're out there, in the wild...at least at stocking dealers.
