    Maverick SC32 Help

    Good afternoon all!

This is my first thread on the forum , just like to say what a great help reading all the information on here has been and I have learned a lot . Still a n00b when it comes to the cycling world but loving it so far & having so much fun on my bike again !

I've managed to pick up a set of SC32 forks with the 24/7 hub and was hoping some one could help with the set up .

I know I need to get the 29er spacers put in them I was just wondering what rim to use as it needs to be symmetrical 32H set up right?

Could I use a Surly Rolling Darryl with the 24/7 hub?

What tyres can I run ? At the moment I run solid "fat front" setup using Surly knard 3.8. Can I use a knard with the Maverick forks?

Any help would be appreciated .

Hopefully when everything is set up I can write up some feedback for any one who is thinking of doing the same thing as so far I've not really been able to find any .

Yes, RD rim will work fine with the SC32. No wider then that though.
I've used a Larry and a husker du , minor rubbing inside fork legs with the 82mm rim but works. As long as the tire isn't as aggressive as a Nate, probably be ok.

Wow that is a little bit awesome

Thank you both for the swift replies !

I now know I can go ahead and pick up a second RD and not cry over a bad fit.

Must stop looking at bouncy fat front jpg and hit reply.....
