Well I did it! I broke down and bought the Black 9:Zero:7 in black.

Would've liked a different color but that's okay. It matches the rest of the horses in the barn.

Built up with X7 and FSA.

Can't wait to get out this weekend and give it a spin.

Glad to joinn the Fatbike revolution....

Nice! Nothing wrong with black. One advantage of it matching the rest of the stable is that it takes much longer for the spouse/so to notice a new bike.

That was my thinking exactly, building a black bike and passing it off as another, but the closer I get to buying my frame, the more I think I may just damn the torpedoes and go for orange or yellow.
I think I can take the heat.

I have to admit that the 2012 9:zero:7s look pretty damn cool in “blackout” trim.

Yay!!! This fatbike will change your world more than you may realize yet. Do you own an indoor trainer? Not for long. PS-Black rules. Its a color you can live with for a mighty long time. PSS-Is it me or is your road bike looking jealous? Now if we can just order up some snow.
