Another Fat frame on the Horizon ?!?

Whilst looking for Pug related stuff on Ebay (as you do..)

I came across this comment on the High intensity bike shops advert for Endomorphs :-

Check back with us as we will be having our very own steel frame made up by an excellent welder here in the USA!!! This frame is designed to accept a 29" wheel for riding in all conditions OR a 26" wheel with the Surly Endomorph Tire for winter riding! We are expecting them in by the holiday's so be sure to check them out!

Anyone got the skinny on this ??

    Thanks Dr FG

PS:- I have no affiliation with HIBS other than I bought my pug from them.

yea, I'll pass on anything from HIBS. I called them about offset Pugs wheelsets. They wanted $600 for Large Marge offset rims laced to Deore hubs. I ask them if that was a joke. Guess it wasn't.

How much should one expect to pay for a wheelset consisting of:
70mm wide rim, 165mm rear hub
70mm wide rim, 110mm front hub ( for mav front shock)
    TIA
