    1Up Bike Rack question....

Hey....any of you guys that are using 1ups also running fenders on your fatties?

I'm asking because I have fenders on my pugs and I'm wondering if the 1up will still function correctly with Fenders or if it will end up breaking the fenders off.

I see on 1up's web site that they have a fender cushion, but as I said, I'm curious if anyone is using the 1up with fenders and if so, how it's working...

    Thx

    Mark

Fenders on fat bike = man card revoked.

Take them off = you get man card back with one notch removed.

If you are worried about your pink shorts getting dirty, use PDW fenders.

Unless they are these MK Fenders | Handmade Wooden Fenders for Bikes then reinstate man card

You should not have a problem using the 1UpUsa rack with fenders unless the fenders are full coverage.

The combination of 1up and Bigo worked for me.

    Hey Gene,
Thanks for the reply. So no issues with the back arm exerting too much pressure on the back fender? I"m assuming that you can't push it down very tight. I'm looking to take this on 4 -5 hour rides.

I've never had to push both arms down too far. If you push the front arm down further, you won't have to push the rear arm as far in order to wedge the bike between the two arms.

You should be able to use fenders with the 1up rack. The only issue would be how far your rear fender wraps around the tire. What if you were to post a picture of your bike with your choice of fenders mounted on it?

The arm will interfere with your rear fender. Front is ok.
