177 x12 thru axle Hard tail fat bike frame? Where do I get one?

I have a FS 177 x 12 thru axle fat bike but I have an extra wheel set that is 170/177 that I would like to put on a hard tail. But I can't find a 170 or 177 x 12 thru axle hard tail do they no longer exist?

Wozo no longer has a frame only option. I am guessing he wants to do this on the cheap, so I would suggest the Surly Wednesday. I have one with a couple thousand miles on it, and I am a happy camper. Good luck!

I dig my 177 spaced Otso Voytek. Excellent bike for just about everything.

Edit.. nevermind. Didnít see the budget comment above before I posted.

I was in a similar dilemma and had 170mm QR wheelset - converted to 177 thru axle (Salsa Mukluk Hubs) and built up a Surly Wednesday. Only 2 rides on it so far but dig it! I first had a Lauf on it, now a 100mm Bluto. Have a 27.5 x 3.0 wheelset too. Sweet, fun bike!

Right now you can get 2018 frames on clearance too. I paid $500 for mine brand new and ordered through my LBS (he found clearance deals through his supplier). Same exact geo as 2019 but different colors - that's it!

Dude, 500 hundo.... I need to get to the LBS!
I don't know why,... it's just MUSS easier to pedal than the other ones.

I'm sure you could find a Salsa Beargrease frame on eBay/ Facebook that would fit the bill. Only the brand new ones are 197mm.
