    How's your riding this year?
Are you able to squeeze in enough time to ride this year? Me? No! Graduate school, toddlers and a new baby keep me busy. However, I'm starting to get better and managing my time and getting more riding time in.

My trick is to swing by the trails after work for an hour or so.

My biggest challenge was the recent winter months. Well, maybe even back to fall. Probably the biggest lull in not riding for me that I can recall. Cold and resp. bug , busy with things sporadically, night work schedule / sleep some of the day away, grandkid care went from 2 to 3 days in the mid week to help out, etc..
At almost 58 years old, my energy has it's own ebb and flow, time with wife and things to do around the house ...... on and on.

Just recently getting back to evening or night rides 2 - 4 times a month and getting in a daytime ride on 2 others as a Saturday or Sunday.

I'd suggest / consider evening or nights sometimes if you can work it out. It is it's own kind of fun and challenge, dress for the cooler temps if that's the case, a decent light or two will run you $60 to $150 , not much in the way of trails or path traffic etc...

The family stuff is important so keep it all in perspective !
