    Wreckoning pivot bearings/main pivot

Iíve got a new pivot bearing kit for my wreckoningX going on a big ride tomorrow, I heard it can be sketchy taking out the main pivot? Should I just hold off on everything till after the ride when I can be without a bike for a week? Anything else I should look out for when replacing all the bearings?

Taking out the main pivot isn't a big deal. You'll have to remove the crankset though. Then to remove the main pivot, loosen one side (the axle is in two pieces) and use a rubber mallet to tap it out slowly. Repeat the process until the pivot comes out. When putting it back together, make sure that the spacer taper faces the bearing (I'm not sure if the Wreck has the tapered spacer but my Insurgent and Calling has them so I'm assuming the Wreck does too).

Thereís two little scallops in the swing arm for access to tap out the bearings. You need a kinda long and narrow punch.
