Is there a specific spindle length needed for cranks? Following frame

I picked up a used Following frame. Came with a bb that uses a 30 mm diameter spindle. I want to use my older XTR cranks. Can I just switch out the bb? Don't want to put extra cash into a new crankset. Will my XTR cranks work? Thanks.

Your XTR cranks will work. Just get a new press fit BB. $14

Just make sure your XTR crank is normal Q-factor, not narrow
