    Replacing bearings in Following

Anyone replaced the bearings in their following yet? I've put about 700 miles on my frame, and was wondering what you all were doing in this area?

Would all I need is a standard bearing press and bearing puller to do this myself? I'm a pretty decent mechanic, but have never done bearing work.

    Thanks!

Pull the swingarm and see how they feel. I usually can get away with pulling seals, flushing, and repacking. Unless there is damage or slop to the balls, or race, that usually works fine.
I'd hit it, but I bruise like a peach.

Which bearing puller/press do you have ?
