    Balance training, strength + balance training, ext... anyone use a Slackline??

    What are you guys doing for balance training off the bike? I've been doing lifts using a Bosu ball and various weight movement exercises that have all been beneficial, but im looking for more advanced training as things become easier.

    Looking around at new stuff, i came across Slackline. It's like a tightrope. I'm thinking this might be the next thing to try.

    Use the bosu ball both ways (base up and down), if you aren't already do them on one leg, then take your shoes off and do it in stocking feet...

    I took up pilates two years ago to address core strength, and this winter I started practicing aikido to improve balance/agility and learn how to fall softly. I have always been intrigued by slacklines.

    in my rock climbing days, we played on slack lines all the time. I think they are great for any type of training. Good for balance, responses, agilIty. Go for it.
