    Texas Chainring Massacre 3/21

More dirt roads but no singletrack planned this time. The route is pretty much set but still working out details on the staging area. Hope to have everything finalized by 2/6.

106 mile route will be about 50/50 dirt roads and desolate country roads (most were dirt roads a year ago). Shorter route of about 60 miles for those who aren't quite so adventurous. Start/Finish will be very near Texas Motor Speedway and we'll be dipping into civilization every 20 miles or so but there will not be aid stations along the route.

Plan to have a pretty decent winner take all purse. Should be a very enjoyable route even if you aren't gunning for the purse though.

Updates as they happen on www.Spinistry.com

Kevin, you should finish up at the Texas Motor Speedway with a lap around the track. That would be awesome!

Vance, it is being looked at but I think it's going to be cost prohibitive. I was expecting to hear from the TMS contact already but still waiting.

Women will have their own purse and most likely race the 60 mile route unless the majority want to race the whole thing.
