At least a few times a year. Usually a couple early season crits to get some speed going then a spring road race or two for endurance. Road racing is fun, clearly a different sport then mountain biking and tough to do well at both but a good supplement for gaining speed for racing.

I plan on doing a fair number this year, but that also depends on my ability to train on the road as well - rode 69 miles today, so on a fair start.

I'm counting Criteriums in with Road Races. Since they're all mass start USAC events on the pavement.
Authorities speculate that speed may have been a factor. They are also holding gravity and inertia for questioning.

I ride road a lot but not racing. I typically do organized and unorganized century type events. I want to get into randoneering.
