    Choices..hmmm.

Our son is looking for a hardtail for NICA racing on a high school team. Within his price range and sites right now are the Trek Pro Cal 9.6 and the Santa Cruz Highball. Thoughts? Or any other recommendations? He's about 6"3.

Niner has a program for jr. racers. I think they offer 30% off. The Air 9 RDO is pretty sweet.
    Rigid SS 29er
    SS 29+
    Fat Lefty
    SS cyclocross
    Full Sus 29er (Yuck)

Stop asking how much it weighs and just go ride it.
