Going to be doing my first race on a duo team. Looking at laps of about an hour.
What are some of the best meals to eat/digest in 60 minutes? I was thinking of things like Endurox, PBJs, Powerbars, Soups..., I've always had 3 or so hours between laps in other races so i would have full on pastas, etc. Looking for recomondations. Thanks.
