Those are really light tubeless tires! Are you going to put Super Juice in them?

Let us know how those tires ride and how well the Super Juice works!

They are 2.2? Do they run big or small?

I wish I have a Epiphany picture to show you but no such luck. Your target weight is about that of a trail worthy Truth!

Looks like a bad-azz build. Can't wait to see it! Have you seen the black annodized bikes? I wonder if it will be that same "wash" type finish as seen at Interbike on the blue...

    Chad,
Haven't seen the black, just the green & drip blue - but I can tell you that it is a solid black (no dripping effect) with the same semi-gloss finish you can see on the bluish frames. Sort of like the titus black ano finish. Glad you like the build so far, I'll post pictures as soon as I get it. It should be SICK!

I have my heart set on a black frame now too. Hope they dont decide to limit the colour choice available in Australia. I am really looking forward to seeing those pics!

Ive used them for quite a while on a set of crossmax XL's...I love em, light and juicable....bear to get on if your a non tire changer, simple if you are...flatts on the trail kinda suck, but when don't they I guess...they run small for a 2.2 tire.

I also have the tubbed version on my SS bike, little bit of slippage on dry colorado trails.

Thanks for the review. So it sounds like you don't use the Super Juice in the tires for flat prevention? Do they leak excessively without it?

Hey Trekster when are you taking delivery ? I can't wait to see one in black and not in a shop window/catalogue! Australia gets it's first shipment of these babies in Feb 2006. That's how long I have to wait!!! Shouldn't complain because it is free ! (won in comp)

Dig your spec! Post those pics soon!

    My Spec:-

    - Epiphany Black Frame 19"
    - SRAM X9 Shifters
    - SRAM X-O Rear Derailleur
    - Fox Float XTT 130
    - Candy SL pedals
    - Ritchey WCS Carbon Rizer handlebars
    - Ritchey WCS Carbon Seatpost
    - CrankBrothers Cobalt Crankset
    - DT Swiss 4.1 D with 340 Hubs (Wheels)
    - Hayes El Camino Disc Brakes
    - Ritchey Z- Max millenium tyres.
    - Ritchey WCS stem.
    - Rear shock - Fox RP3.

Have no idea what she'll weigh but it should be light and hopefully strong enough. I'm 6ft3" & weigh 216 pounds, but I dont want to go with heavier parts unless i really have to.

not sure when it is going to show up...killing me at the moment, I have everything but the brakes.

I mounted up my wheelset with tires / cassette the other day....

Im getting impatient, might stick the goodies on another FS frame just to ride FS...getting a little sick of my single speed rigid.

Where did you order your Epiphany from? Paul C. mentioned that some were going out soon.

Hey if your in OZ then you can check the dirtworks 06 catalogue it's got the retail for Epiphany frameset and its not cheap. If you buy online taking into account tax and shipping cost you may get it AUD3500 which is still less than the catalogue list price. Dirtworks overcharge either because they have higher costs or they want to take a bigger margin from each sale.

Mine was due Dec 06 but has been pushed back to 28th so should have fully assembled by early Jan for around aud 3g. If you have the brass I can refer you to my wholesaler saving you $$$.

    happy trails

    Jimmy L
