    dhx air question

    I have a 05 moment with a dhx 5.0. I want to get and air shox, to try and take some of the wieght off of the bike. I was wondering if those of you who upgraded to the dhx air, where did you buy yours, and did you need to get different mounting hardware? Thanks for your help.

    You will lose about 3/4 of a pound. I bought mines from a friend who is a fox dealer but you may get yours from Speedgoat. All the reducers from my DHX 5.0 were transfered to the Air with no problem. Just mount the Air upside down as that is the only way to access the main valve. I think you will not be disappointed with the Air. I really like the adjustability of the shock.

    Call Ryan, one of the warranty managers at Ells and see what he can do. He's a good guy and he can often work out some kind of solution for you. Your DHX Coil is fairly new.
