Chris King Steel (head) Set for Fox 36 ?

I read on the Ells' website that using a deep insert head set like the CK Steel set is reccomneded if running a fox 36 on the Moment.

Only problem is I cant seem to find that head set anywhere ?
Anyone know an online store where I can get one ?
What is the price for this HS ?

Is this really a must have when using a long stroke fork like the Fox 36 ? How about a Pike ? Does the 10 mm differance really matter ?

Of course, it's just a recommendation.

I think the feeling is that the Fox is so stiff that you'd be better off with a Steel Set. But the Pike has 32mm stanchions at 140mm, so not as stiff. Conversely, with it's 36mm stanchions, it could crack the heattube over time(the Marzocchi 66 is similar at 35mm stanchions).

For me it is peace of mind, after all this is a very expensive frame (esp. in UK)
It's double the weight of a normal King and because of it's insertion depth it is going to be virtually impossible to remove- although we all know how long they last so i'm not worried on that score.
    I say go for it.
