Well, since no one answered the first time around...
I have only been to the Petersburgh Tract, and as of Oct.6,2013 the trails there are respectably rideable. There are, however, copious amounts of deadfall throughout; I shoved a coupla'-three downed trunks out of the way, but several lethal one's remain, esp. on Kamikaze and/or Adam's Ruins...
As always, conditions at Puslinch Tract are much better; no deadfall, with heroic traction throughout (as of 11.13.13).
Even more downed lumber as of 11.16.13. Petersburgh tract is very rideable, save for all the dead feckin' trees....Dumpsite, and even the corridor/ROW section is garbage-greasy, wet clay.
Ride puslinch. It's way better, anytime.
