    Glad everyone is ok. How did he hit you guys? Driver error?
    This is why I stick to trails. I would rather hurt myself from my own mistakes than let someone else do it for me.

    That's terrible. At least the driver acknowledged that he hit the cyclists. Hopefully he gets the blame.

    Ugly read.

    But the pickup truck driver being the one who left in an ambulance was kind of a... twist ending.

    Those riders are hardmen.

    Ugh, crazy. Vibes to those hurt but damn they must feel 'lucky', could have been so much worse.

    And yeah, pretty damn ironic the driver was off to the hospital. Hate to speculate but with them having lights, and the driver incoherently asking if he hit cyclists you gotta wonder what other factors were involved ei alcohol.

    The last I heard was a careless driving charge for the driver. Other than that, I haven't had a chance to talk to any directly that were involved. They were all very lucky to walk away from that one. Even the driver who rolled his truck into the ditch/field.
