Enduro is a type of racing not a type of trail per say. Enduro racing tends to be downhill singletrack stages with self powered pedaling back uphill between stages.

Go to Blue and ride up instead of using the lift. Have fun.

I don't want to race. I just want to ride & enjoy the trails

I wasn't implying that you wanted to race. I was saying that there is no such thing as an Enduro trail, because Enduro is a format of racing, not trail.

As wytemike21 wrote, Enduro is more of a race format than a specific type of trail. Enduro race courses can vary from tight, twisty, rocky, highly technical and narrow singetrack, to wide open, machine-built, flowy, bermy bike-park jump lines. Which are you more interested in riding?

If you want more technical trails, the place to go is Hilton Falls/Agreement Forest. This does not have a lot of climbing but there are rocks, and in some places nothing but rocks. Oh yeah, there are roots and rocks. Three Stages has lots of tech and climbing.
Then there is St Helena's beside Hilton Falls, where you will find rocks, more rocks and bigger rocks and some, to me frightening lines with some nasty exposure. Further out, you can do Porcupine Ridge or Buckwallow.

Both Agreement Forest and Hilton Falls are on Trailforks. It is an easy place to get lost. I would offer a tour, but I am nursing some hurting ribs. Doing easier rides and avoiding the rocks for now. I would recommend parking at the Mohawk racetrack right at the north east and crossing the road. There is a trailhead a few yards north. It is not Hilton Falls proper, but puts you into some very nice tech stuff right away if you don't follow the double track.
