    Substance Projects Kingston Trophy

    XCMarathon Cup

We have been hard at work this year with lots of new fun stuff on the trails which may or may not be on the course.

And keep in mind the trails are so fun that even if you DNF you will still want to ride another lap.

    See you then.

And if anyone wants to come up in the next few days for a pre-ride let me know and we can set you up. Same for those staying over Saturday night.

tyh83 and anyone else camping over Friday night. If you want to go for a easy spin after the drive to stretch out the legs from 3 hours of driving....we have a deck on part of the trail system.

And for those staying over Sat night same thing. Bring a beer and maybe you will spot a deer, a loon, or the trail guard...

I'm not sure what time we will get out there friday, Google map shows 4 hour drive, so may be around 8 or 9pm....

When I spoke with Rob he said if you or anyone else camping can even camp out over Sunday night as well.

If you are staying over there is the possibility of group rides on Sunday.

    First things first.

Healing vibes to Lenka who crashed and injured her knee. Hopefully it was just a bruise and nothing worse.

When you heal up and are cleared to ride. Come back up and I will take you guys on the beer tour of the course.

It was one of the most difficult courses I've ever ridden. Saw many racers fixing flats along the ridge sections. Thought it was a bit long, really liked the course on the corn field side though.

    RE: Substance Projects Kingston Trophy

I was pleasantly surprised at how much singletrack there was. Maybe only 10-12kms total of double track for the two laps? I thought it was going to be the other way around. It was a great course, too bad it cant be ridden as is outside of this event.

Was a bit long but everyone including the guys I know who DNF'd due to running out of tubes still had fun.

Have to give a huge thank you to all that worked on the trails!! Some of the funnest trails I've ridden, so much flow, technical stuff. Just a great weekend all in all.
Also thanks to Rob for letting us camp the 2 nights, made it much more of a weekend!
MTB Kingston, had a great time riding with you guys through the race, and will for sure come out to ride with you guys. Trails were worth the drive 100%!!!!

Thanks again to Dan as well, another fun event!
