    Some small trees down on the WCC Trails

    Amazingly , there were no blockage of the trails .
    Even more amazing is that the WCC is not allowed to
    use chainsaws in the forest .
    They use the good ole fashion band (?) saw .
    The huge ones the lumber jacks use .

    So, do you guys run 50:1 in your vintage saws with a nice modern synthetic oil, or stick with the old-school 32:1 mix?

    We're not allowed to use chainsaws at Christie Lake either. We can have the staff come out and help us with one but most of the time, it's just more fun to hack away with hand tools, mountain-man style.
    Please enjoy seeing this terrible collection of me - something wonderful is about to happy.

    heh you can see my attempt at least ripping the branches off of the tree that vr6ix posted. i only had my hatchet, got mad and gave up and felt content on at least giving people a way around it.
