    seat post

I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have a Thompson Elite set back post in a 27.2 diameter? I have one on order, but have been told that it will not be in for about 3 weeks. I don't want to order it from Chain Reaction or the US.

    Very helpful!
Nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

It is more than helpful and much appreciated. I can now use that bike. It is the only one I have with the 27.2 seat post. MTBR people are pretty awesome! You never know and 3 weeks can turn to 4 and we are running out of season. I was actually considering buying something the shop might have lying around for as cheap as possible. This is much better.

I have an embarrassing number of 375mm straight and setback 27.2 posts that I am not using - but not Thompson. If a lesser post will work you are welcome to borrow one - Hamilton mountain.

If you're anywhere near Woodstock or Cambridge then I have a 27.2 x 330 set-back Thomson in black that's not being used right now. Also a silver straight Thomson in 27.2 cheers
