Nope...there's some road, railtrail, double track and single track...not to mention the mudchute and the killer climb to finish whats left of your legs after the first 59 km. Winner usually does it in around 2 hours.

Hell ya! I did it last year for the 1st time. Did it on my SS with a wayyyy low gear. Mud chutes were a freaking blast on the SS. Great not having to pull brick loads of mud out of my drivetrain to ride on, hehe. Will gear properly this year with semi-slicks and finish in a decent time. If I remember correctly, winning riders did it around 1hr45min range which is fast.

This year will be my 3rd time as well.
I don’t have the right bike or tires for it, but it’s fun nonetheless.

Last year was brutal, but it could have been worse.
I remember waiting in the tent for the start, freezing my ass off in my bike gear when that thunderstorm from hell came through. Remember that?
Pitch black, rain like mad, crazy wind.
At least we had some sun come race time.
