Amazing! Spring's here! Canada Blooms is this weekend (love those hyacinths!) and the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival is on April 2nd (love those pancakes!).
Please enjoy seeing this terrible collection of me - something wonderful is about to happy.

mercy buckets, ice still not gone on the commute home... likes to form from the cool darkness lying on the valley's floor(and try to wipe me out!). Planning to road ride in preparation for mud season though. Wonder what the dirt roads are like.

The nursery I work for grows everything for the Canada Blooms show. It's always refreshing to walk into a greenhouse full of trees, shrubs, and flowers all leafy, and full of flowers in the middle of February.

Some ice/slush on the MUP in the Don last night - but it's going quick.

I was snowboarding at Kelso with my daughter in the14 degree weather last night and took a peek at hilltop. There's definitely a decent melt gone on in the trees as some of the trails up there were visible . Bring it spring!
A bad day on the bike is better than a good day doing anything else...

Will there be anything left to snowboard on this Sunday, you think?

Wouldn't mind one more visit to close out the winter season.

Oh yeah, there's lot's of snow on the hills. There were a few sort of "wet" spots where the snow was a little slushy, but there's plenty of snow. Have fun!
