Can anyone in the Ottawa-Hull area recommend a good place to look for a used hybrid?

A non-cycling friend of mine is studying in Ottawa and needs a bike.
He's looking for something in the $200 range and considering a hybrid from Canadian Tire.
I figure he'll be better of with something used that works properly than with a POS from Can-Tire that doesn't work properly when new.
Trouble is I'm in Montreal and have no idea about bike stores in Ottawa.

Can anybody In Ottawa or Hull suggest any stores that would be good to go to to look for an inexpensive used bike?

The only place I can find online is http://bikedump.com/ but there must be others.

The bike dump is indeed probably their best bet if they want to go the retail route.

If they're up for buying used, and know a little bit about what to look for, I'd suggest browsing bicycles in Ottawa and www.ottawa.kijiji.ca. They're the most popular used classifieds in Ottawa and sometimes great deals pop up.
