Anyone else need new shoulders/back after Buckwallow?

I must say one of my fav races, although a pre ride would have been sweet for the 1:30 course. First lap was a disaster for me. Started to feel really good after the 1st and was surprised my body held up lol. Although a full back seize up happened after crossing the finish!

2 days later my shoulders are toast and im stuck trying to lift a 80 pound ladder every day....should have took the week off.

    Cant wait for Duntroon!!

Yes, I do think that would have been a good idea. I had planned on coming up morning of, but got to come up early and check it out. Glad I did.

Is that good timing or what? Or is there no good time for that :-) ?

Full suspension took the edge off the back, but all that lifting of the front end means the arms still hurt. 4th lap sucked bad :-(

That said, the course was tough and fun. Really mixed things up.

FS would have been amazing to have. But I would do it all over again on a HT!
